Infrasponse

Privacy notice

Effective October 12, 2026. Contact enorwood@infrasponse.com for privacy requests and account support.

What this service collects

Account email and authentication records; organization information and user-selected roles; opportunity and mandate details; introduction requests; shared deal records, document references, delivery evidence and activity timestamps. Authentication and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs.

Why we use it

To provide accounts, approved opportunity discovery, controlled introductions and deal tracking; respond to support; administer membership and publication review; and protect the service. We do not accept payments through this launch.

Who can see your information

Buyer accounts, mandates and internal portfolio data are private to the organization and authorized Infrasponse administrators. There is no supplier-searchable buyer directory. Approved supplier opportunity information is available for authenticated discovery. When a buyer requests an introduction, its organization name and the explicitly shared request note become visible to the receiving supplier. Deal participants can see shared proposals, documents, delivery evidence and activity. Private investment fields are withheld from discovery.

We do not sell personal information or make buyer identities available as a supplier prospecting list.

Service providers

Netlify provides hosting and Supabase provides database and authentication services. When configured, Resend processes destination email addresses and authentication messages for transactional email delivery. Service providers process information to operate the service. This release does not send account or deal content to a generative-AI provider. Operational administration may involve founder access to records needed for support, moderation and security.

Browser storage

The service stores login session information in your browser to keep you signed in. Temporary signup intake is cleared on completion or after an expiry check when you revisit the site. This release has no advertising analytics or marketing-tracking scripts.

Your choices

You can edit profile and draft information, keep buyer intent private, and choose whether to express interest. For a copy, correction, account closure or deletion request, email the support address. We verify identity before acting and explain any legal, contractual or counterparty-record retention that applies. Requests are handled manually in this release.

Retention

We retain records needed to provide the service and maintain legitimate agreement, security and accountability records. Closed accounts and deletion requests are reviewed individually; some shared records may need to remain for the other participant or a legal obligation. We do not promise immediate removal from backup copies.

Appropriate information

This business service is for adults acting for organizations. Do not submit health records, payment-card data, government identification, sensitive personal information, or confidential board materials. Share document references only when you have permission; access to externally linked files depends on that file provider’s sharing settings.

Research and investor use

Creating an account does not authorize use of your company name, logo, private mandate or confidential deal information in investor materials. We obtain separate permission before identifying your organization as a reference, customer or partner. Public research observations are distinguished from verified platform mandates.

Changes and concerns

We will update this notice when practices change. Contact us for privacy or security concerns; do not send passwords or authentication links.
