Business account authority

You must be an adult authorized to represent your organization. Email verification does not establish institutional approval or ownership of a brand. Organization and listing review are separate.

Permitted use

Provide accurate information and respect data, content, audience and inventory rights. Do not scrape buyer identities, send unsolicited bulk outreach, impersonate organizations, or upload sensitive personal information. Infrasponse may restrict abuse or unauthorized access.

Private buyer intent and controlled connections

Buyers can browse approved opportunities without appearing in a supplier-searchable directory. An introduction request shares the organization name and request note with the receiving supplier. Each side is responsible for information it shares and commitments it makes.

Commercial records

The service supports sponsorship, strategic partnerships, community giving and other permitted structures. Participants negotiate their own terms. An account, expressed interest, proposal acknowledgement, document reference or workflow status does not by itself establish a legally executed agreement, verified impact or completed payment. Participants remain responsible for legal, procurement, tax and internal approvals.

No payment collection in this launch

This release has no payment checkout, payment-card collection or automatic charge. A PO or invoice reference is a tracking record. Future memberships, fees or paid capabilities require separately presented terms; no fee is created silently by using this account.

Recommendations and availability

Guided setup and displayed research are decision support. Confirm eligibility, rights, capacity, current funding priorities and measurements directly. Features remain under active development; critical records should also be retained in your organization’s approved systems.

Intellectual property and privacy

You retain your content rights and authorize processing and scoped sharing needed to operate the service. No permission to use your name or logo in fundraising or promotional claims is implied. The privacy notice describes data handling.

Support and closure

Email support for access issues, correction, export or closure. Do not rely on this launch as the only repository for signed agreements or evidence.
